On November 7, 2020, four teachers of SSDPP, namely, Cheng Huixia, Gao Yanying, Liu Juan and Liang Weihua took part in the Walking Activity in Beijing Olympic Forest Park to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the trade union.

In Beijing Olympic Forest Park, autumn is gorgeous, the sky is clear, and the ground is covered with fallen leaves. You can see exercising visitors here and there, including elderly people with a ruddy face, walking youth, and laughing and running children. All of them are full of vitality.

The sculpture of "Olympic Cultural Park" is the first station of our Walking. The red banner and the blue launching ceremony display stand are bright and conspicuous. Many teachers stopped here for a group photo, and then walked five kilometers along the fitness track. It seems the distance is not long, but it took us about two hours because we usually do little exercise. When we finally arrived at the terminal, we felt so happy!

It is late autumn, but the park is still colorful. The beautiful scenery along the way made us relaxed and happy. The children who came together with us, called the "second generation of SSDPP", also insisted on going through the whole journey independently. For them, it was also a very happy and meaningful experience.

It is worth mentioning that in this long walk, we used the software of "keep" to generate movement tracks so as to encourage people to learn small skills, deepen the concept of health, and encourage people to do more exercise in fragmented time. This healthy walking activity has not only made us exercise our physique and get close to nature, but also helped us feel the harmony between man and nature and love life. Through the activity, we realized the power of moving forward and began to think about a healthier and happier way of life.

Refuse to be head-down tribe. Live up to the good times!
