        改革开放以来，中国社会发生了翻天覆地的深刻变化，变革在经济、政治、文化、社会等各个领域全面展开。近年来，公益慈善逐渐兴起，但其发展远没有满足转型期中国社会的需求。公益慈善发展需要更多投入，而助力其发展的资源也有待进一步挖掘和开发。本文立足于中国公益慈善发展的需求，定义公益慈善是一份利他资源和一份专业，从高校助力的角度入手，研究分析二者互相选择的根源；并以 N 大学 S 学院的具体实践为案例，通过解剖麻雀的方式，研究高校直接参与并助力公益慈善发展的模式。

英文题目：University Support for Chinese Philanthropy in the Transition Period: Motivations and Means 
英文摘要：
        China’s reform and opening up have led to profound changes in the economic, political, cultural, social and other aspects of the country. Though Chinese philanthropy has emerged as a distinct movement in recently years, it still cannot meet the increasing social demand for it. The rapid and sustainable development of Chinese philanthropy requires substantial resources and large-scale investment. To spur the takeoff of Chinese philanthropy, it is imperative that more resources and investment be committed. This paper  analyzes the needs of Chinese philanthropy in response to university’s capabilities and functions; and selects current practices from the “S” School of “N” University for an in-depth case study analysis, with the purpose of exploring the means for university to support Chinese philanthropy during this transition period.
